Could you be the next Joe Wicks? In this challenge you will learn how to use fitness to build lifelong physical health. This skills-based health education challenge includes lessons designed to teach: Physical Health, The Value of Fitness, Components of Fitness and FITT Principle, Goal Writing, Designing Workouts and Creating a Personal Fitness Program.

In this challenge, children are prompted to create a Fitness Program of their choice that constructs and outlines a plan for improving health and/or physical activity and describes the effectiveness of the plan based on the outcome. In this challenge, children will learn how to use fitness to build lifelong physical health. This skills-based health education challenge includes lessons designed to teach children about: Physical Health, The Value of Fitness, Components of Fitness and FITT Principle, Goal Writing, Designing Workouts and Creating a Personal Fitness Program.  Children will be introduced to the core concepts of Physical Health and learn how to actively increase their physical well-being, as well as the importance of doing so. These activities build upon an understanding of total health and the dimensions of health.
